Complaint regarding short delivery by Club Factory

I recently placed an order containing two items through the Club Factory app and paid for it through paytm. For which I received only one of the items and the status of both the items show ‘Delivered’. I received only single item on January 31, 2020. I immediately made a fake delivery request on that very day along with writing them a mail explaining the situation for which I haven’t received any response yet. I also called them and they told me to rather use the ‘chat option’. I also complained using that option on February 01, 2020. They told me to wait for three days. I have been trying to wait patiently but I have received no response from them yet. I also have the video proof of the parcel mentioning two items yet containing one.
I request you to kindly help me in this situation. Below I’m providing you with certain necessary details. I have also attached the pictures of the products orders and the product received.
