Complaint regarding short-delivery by Mamaearth

I ordered 5 items from mamaearth out of which i got only 1 items rest four items worth 1440 is missing i sent them multiple mails calls and talked on chat they are not ready to help they told me they sent the items correctly but why will i lie i am 1000% sure they sent me missing items although they checked with logistics team but i am not satisfied with their investigation they are cheating innocent customers and running scams i want my refund + compensation for the missing items and rude behaviour

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines.
