I Got selected in TCS and My date of Joining was 4th July 2022, but it was not done on that day thereafter I did many more follow-up with my recruiter after 12 days she told me the reason why I was not onboarded, thereafter i submitted my other required document and got cleared status of my BGV. again date of joining decided as 8th August 2022, on that day i submitted my joining documents to onboarding team on the same day I got the mail for postponed joining date kindly connect to your recruiter. i tried to connect with her but she not responded my mail and calls this scenario is continue even my all documents are shows as verified in ibegin portal and now onboarding team is saying they have required some approval from recruiter, i don’t know which kind of approval they have required and i will take how much time?
I am unemployed since 30th june 2022 due to this employment but still not sure about it.
I want my employment ASAP & my loss recovery also for previous days from TCS
