Complaint regarding the refund of my order from AJIO

I got fraud by AJIO. i have placed for a return , as the product is misplaced .My account started following up this issue with AJIO and I have tried continuously for following up about this issue but AJIO hasn’t attended any of my calls and its been 20 days , but there is no response about my order. I want my money back.

so lease try to take a serious action on AJIO and try to give my refund. thankyou…

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
