Complaint regarding defective smart watch from Firebolt

I purchased a smartwatch from Firebolt brand (model – Firebolt Max) and received the same on 09-06-2022. The watch screen was defective so I logged a complaint for that and they said new watch will be delivered in 2 days . Now it’s been more than a week but they are not responding to my notes in complaint section. And I gave my office address for delivery so I have to carry that box daily in my bag which is uncomfortable for me.
And now I feel this is an harassment from their part.
