Complaint regarding The Shoes Kart shopping fraud

I placed an order for a pair of shoes on 30th July 2021 on The Shoes Kart. Then there were two emails of acknowledgement. One gave me the order number 18447 and the second gave me the transaction ID, the amount paid ?798 on 30/07/2021.
After 6 days I sent an email asking about the order status, but there is no reply. Followed by one more email on next day which has also no reply.
Then I searched about this on Google and YouTube and disappointed to know that it’s a fraud.
Still the adds of this site are popping up.
Need to stop this.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
