Complaint regarding Tikona broadband prepaid bill charges

We were using Tikona Broadband service on prepaid basis which details are given below.

Due to costly and interrupted services of Tikona Broadband , we did not want to continue so we did not get to recharged it for next period of 3 months because it was a prepaid service. Earlier when our recharge was ended then our services were also stopped and when we recharged it again then after payment only it was started that means they offer service only after  the payment. Then how could they say to us that our 1342  Rs Bill is pending and we need to pay it. When they did not provide service for next period then how can they say like this.

We are disturbed since we got call from Ms. Divya Karla (Mb- 9910402718) who told herself an advocate from Tikona and asked us to pay the bill as soon as possible.

We aren’t going to pay for the service which we did not use. We do not have that much money to pay. Kindly help us regarding this matter. We would be so thankful to you.
