Complaint regarding Videocon D2h subscription change request

I have registered a complaint into videocon d2h customer care site to change my current subscription( South Silver) to Flexi South) . I received two SMS about complaint no and saying that complaint will be address particular date. After the SMS from their side no response. Complaint no:643222398. I have not satisfied about videocon customer service. it is a worst service . my customer no 94309961

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010.
