Complaint regarding Videocon DTH connection from Komparify

I ordered a video con dth and debited Rs 1613 from my account. But the company (Komparify) informed me the installation is not possible and refund of my money may be credited within 7 days. But the refund is not credited in my account till this time. So please take necessary action may take refund of my money as early. No refund, No response

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
