I have ordered philips speakers from amazon shopping on 20th december 2022 but the supplier send me wrong item something named as egg poacher on packing. I have raised the ticket for the same on amazon customer support. At that time they assured me for replacement. But after their investgation completed they said thet they have only return option, replacement option is not available. Its almost five days and the product price has been increased by Rs. 1300/- I have asked them that who will bear this loss of Rs. 1300/- but they did not hear a single word regarding that even when the fault was of supplier and not mine. Why shoud i bear the loss of Rs. 1300/- for fault of their suppliers.
