I have enrolled with Winny Immigration services for Canada PR. Earlier my brother was registered but they have not provided proper committed services and so transferred registration to my name with some more commitments. However, since Feb 2021,, very passive approach for my work regarding Express entry process, I had to follow up over calls and emails but staff was so disrespectful and my work got delayed till May 2022. after that also they said I have to wait till one year to receive PR but charged full money of Rs. 70800. As per service agreement, Winny team has to apply for province nominee program but they have not done by giving excuse of NOC code is not in demand but draws had happened and PR were issued to so many other applicants with same NOC.
Total waste services and now I want my refund back as they denied to work and handed over my profile back to me.
Please help me to get refund because it is my hard earned money.
