Consignment not delivered by Velex logistics courier

A courier in my name was dispatched on 5th Sept from Mumbai and was out for delivery on 12th Sept and I waited for the consignment on the delivery date but I have not received it yet as on 19 Sept, it is lying in the delivery centre near to my address but they are not calling me nor delivering the consignment. I have sent mail to them(support[@]kerryindevexpress.com) on 14th Sept and tried calling many times but no response so I kindly request you to fecilitate to deliver to the address.

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
