Complaint against un-initated refund and undue harassment regarding hotel booking. I happened to book a hotel through the platform of Easemytrip for the stipulated date of 6th September, generating the booking id- EMT10xxxxxx1. However, on reaching the hotel we were notified that the hotel staff has cancelled our booking due to some price discrepancy from the platform’s (ease my trip) side. However, even after calling numerous times and requesting a refund of the amount I paid, I haven’t received any callback or initiation from Ease My trip’s side. As it has been almost 2 weeks since then, I am worried about my money.
