Customer harassment by Hathway broadband

I recieve 3 calls everyday and 5-10 text messages from hathaway broadband on a daily basis. I have filled for a disconnection request and yet this company keeps calling. I have blocked over 50 numbers but they keep calling from a new number everytime. I have become extremely agigated and see changing my no. as an only solution. It’ll be very kind of the forum if their is any solution regarding this.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.1,280/-: Mr. Sudhir Jena, Shillong, Meghalaya 793014 (drsudhirkumarjena[at]gmail.com) booked one item through online on dated 04/04/2013 vide order no is 1870949 which was not delivered even after repeated complaints. Therefore on 27.04.2013 he requested them to refund the money but the refund was not forthcoming. He posted his complaint with ICF on 02-05-2013 and finally got his money back by 03-05-2013. Refund from Jetairways – Rs.9,114/-: Pankaj Joshi, Arambagh, Delhi (Email: pankajjoshi_88[at]yahoo.com) booked a ticket with Jetairways, which was subsequently cancelled on 30.04.13 through online website and JetAirways generated refund receipt no.04914767635 of amount 9114 stating that amount will be credited within 7-10 working days. Refund from Air Asia – Rs.49,056/- : Mr. Abhishek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka had booked 4 tickets for Bangalore to Chandigarh and back, for the 9th of November & 13th November 2014.
