Defective product delivred by Karigiri furnitures from exhibition

I have purchased a sofa set from Karigiri furnitures from exhibition held in Moti Mahal . I have received a defective peice from them and when I contacted them to repair it , they have been putting me on hold and today they told me that they don’t run Karigiri shop anymore . Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
