One of my customer has placed order and her courier has been sent through “Shadowfax ” courier service on September 3rd 2020 from Mumbai location. It was more than one month and till date courier was not reached to the customer and logistics team does not have any proper customer care number. Neither they don’t respond to mails or tickets raised by the buyers.
Not getting any update from these team.
So please help me with this ..

Very bad service of shadow fax i place order from misho so long bt till now no update of my order… it is been shipped so long bt havn’t reached.. very bad service.. please take action against it…

I ordered 2 products from Flipkart and they were shipped through shadow fax and one of them got delivered very lately since today and the other product is not yet Delivered and the delivery date is yesterday since I am very disappointed with their service .
