I have booked a parcel through Indiapost to Germany from Coimbatore on 07/04/18. Since 09/04/18 tracking is showing that parcel is in Chennai. I have registered a complaint on-line and ref. number for the same is 10008240065 dt 24/04/18 and I havent got any reply/action for the same.
This parcel contains books and essential food article for my son who is studying in Germany.
Requesting to take immediate steps to deliver this parcel at the earliest as he need to prepare for scheduled exams for his MBA program.
