EMI paid to collection executive of Capital First, but asking for payment again

The collection executive of capital first taken the emi from my house ,but not given any acknowledgement receipt hust said it will be update on your loan account. After some days capital first executive called me for emi payment recovery for same month. After we visited at the capital first branch for complaint about this but they not taken required action and given excuses.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
