Fake jobs from onlineworkjob and demand for money

I was called by OnlineWorkJob and they ask me to fill 800 forms for which the will pay 28000 rs. Then they ask me to do digital signature. then they send me agreement and in this entire conversation they never mentioned about the peneilty amount. Now they are sending me sms and some advocate is calling and trying to threat me about the case is being open in court and all. They are asking for 3999+some amount which is mentioned in Agreement but there is no signature of mine on that agreement. Please guide me furture

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
