I have purchased a pair of football boots from this online person. He displays his site as#” be original ” on Instagram and convinced that he would deliver the article after they were paid thru mobile banking or paytm . So I paid . I asked for the tracking no he gave me a false tracking no. Of bludart courier services and has blocked me from his Instagram page and wats app.also. He claims to be from Surat and named gxxxxv pxxxxxxe . He has taken a sum of about 3500/- and has disappeared.
Kindly help me as he is a fraud and I don’t think I am the only consumer who has been cheated.

Instagram page SoccerbootsIndia had promised to sell a Nike Football shoes & taken 3000Rs from me. It’s been 45 days (order confirmed on April 20th) and so far i haven’t received the product or any update related to it. From the moment I asked for the tracking details of courier, no response for messages.
Texted & asked for a refund if product not available.

Same here. I paid 2500rs to Soccer boots India on 19th September and promised to deliver in 15-19 working days. It has been more than a month now. I am constantly following up for the shipment but they are now ignoring my messages.
