Fraud agreement of data entry by DV enterprises

At first I wasnt aware of the fraud of online so I applied for this via quickr.com. But after 2 days of working, I found the job suspicious as when I went through the agreement provided by this company had lot of major mistakes and no notarization for its validity. Neither do it has any concrete authorisation of the company. Still I complete their job with 95% accuracy. Though after verification my q.c. failed as per their plan. Their verification didnt match with the pdf of my work that I got after completed(somehow I cracked it open). Today one of their advocate named Mxxxxxr Jxxxxi from Maharastra(Company belonged to Gujarat) is demanding me for money and warning me for filing the case of agreement breach. Also they sent me the legal notice with many major mistakes that are easily be noticed. I, somehow, staying on the ground of denying their demand. Yet I request you to take some legal action against quickr and this DV enterprise fraud company.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
