Last month, on 27 June 2019, I received a call from typejob,where I was lured for money and thus I signed singed their contract without searching for their legitimacy. After signing, very next day I searched for company’s legitimacy and found it a fake company. After 2 days, the company lady sent me the mail of tasks, which I didn’t opened, nor I worked on that.
Now after 10 days, I received call from Advocate Vxxxn Rxxxxxe, which I didn’t picked (knowingly). Then he messaged me via a bulk message content named Court, stating M/S. Axxxxxxn Sxxxxxh Txxxxa, you legal case ID UL/78043E is going for legal proceedings. Kindly hire a lawyer and go for further process. We at Typejob are going for legal proceedings under section 73,74,75, in the Indian

Please suggest, what to do in this connection. I do searched his contact number and name over Google, but found them in complaints only. If someone had get resolved this problem, please suggest me too, for the same.
