Idea blocks SIM without any valid reason

My Idea No. was ported from Airtel postpaid to Idea prepaid 2 months before whose service is stopped from last 20 days without any reason. When i tried contacting Idea customer care they told me that my sim card services are barred/HOLD because my bill is pending from Airtel.

After this information i visited Airtel store and got information that my previous bill is cleared and i took bill receipt and submitted in Idea store 10.05.2017 i was told from idea persons that it will take 24 hrs for processing the request and activation of my number. I got the same answer whenever i visited the idea store. After submitting bill i called 5 to 6 times to Idea care helping and they didn’t provide me any information about activation of my no. or about the complaint.

After all this i mailed about my complaint on customercare@idea.adityabirla.com and they asked me about the last recharge date, amount, ID and address details which i provided during porting. I replied with all the information asked to me in mail 3 days before. but still there is no reply or progress on the complaint.
Its a harassment to the consumer and i am feeling disappointed with such irresponsible behavior from idea and worst customer service support. I am attaching my last bill payment receipt provided by Airtel.
I request consumer forum to take this matter with the company and appropriate action should be taken against the operator for such a poor service support.
