LIC not deducting home loan instalment

I am chasing with LIC got deduction of home loan installment but they are not deducting installments since 2 months and not updating status of nach form submitted twice to LIC agent. Now LIC agent is not picking calls. My LIC loan account no is 120900001052. It is really strange one side people are becoming defaulter and not paying owed money. On the other side LIC is not deducting payment while cheques are given in advance.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
