IMPS transfer from Kotak Mahindra bank not credited to beneficiary

Did IMPS amount got debited from my account but not credited in beneficiary account. Value: 50,000. I am a account holder of kotak mahindra bank and did IMPS of 50,000/- in my frined account on 09th Aug 2019 but my friend didnt received amount yet whenever i m calling or visiting bank just they are giving hope that amount will be credit soon in the account but not giving the date and time
