Incomplete service but full fare taken by Ola driver

On 27-oct 2017 at IGT airport New Delhi, I booked a cab from igt to dhola kuan it displayed 198 rs, so I confirmed booking then one diriver rejected my booking so I did it again other responded but told me share my otp with him on phone so as to confirm my booking I did so, he then picked me up from arrival gate to terminal 4, but dropped me 2 or 3 km away from igt ( it was 3 am in morning and he dropped me at non habital place on road ) saying I booked like that and charged 198 rs saying that he cannt do anything I must contact customer care, and he dropped me there saying so.
While contacting customer care executive told me same that its my falut and he cannt do anyting not even book another and i will be charged 198 rs for those 2 or 3 km in a shared taxi, and he just can not do anything regarding that not even arrange a call to its seniors.

Its a complain for fraud against that driver and customer care executive for leaving me alone at 2 am in night (what about customer safety).

As while i was in that taxi he talked to some executive regarding the conflict in bookings, so this must be cause.
But ola did not responded and it was not helpful and they put me in a dangerous zone as i was with my precious luggage .
