I booked tickets through Jet Airways to travel from Delhi to Hyderabad on 23rd October 2017. The ticket was booked on 20th Jun 2017 and I was charged Rs. 1128/- as the User Development Fee.
However as per the Supreme Court ruling, The User Development Fees of Delhi Airport have been slashed and the amount already paid by customers have to refunded back to the customers immediately. On repeatedly contacting Jet Airways, I am being told that the amount will only be refunded 45 days after the travel date which is violation with the ruling. I contact their Nodal Officer, however I am not receiving any help from them. I would like to complaint against Jet Airways and would like my refund amount back immediately.

Hi. How did you get to know the exact amount of udf levied?
I have been charged 5536 INR for travel to and fro for travel between Bangalore to Delhi and spoke to customer care yet no refund. Tickets were booked in June .Now after my travel also I have not received anything not even an email in return .
I was told the refund happens in 7-10 working days.
The same incident happened with me
They are no refunding UDF fee, whenever i called they said, you will get within 7days. But still i didn’t get
And on another side i booked from SpiceJet , with in 3 days i got my UDF refund.
