I stayed in Westinn Kolkata hotel b/w 16th to 28t March in Westin Kolkata. On Check-in date they reserved 160000 INR on my IDFC Card ending with 1502. But this was deducted from my card. Reference document attached.
On Checkout they again withdrew from my Axis Visa card – Reference 7264144506 on 29 March for Rs. 151020 saying that money not deducted earlier.
This way they charged twice, so requested them to revert back initial 160000 Rs. deducted as 2nd swipe was based on actuals. I want my money back with interest and penalties as its not resolved even after writing multiple time since April 5th.
