I bought a Samsung Automatic Washing Machine from myg future showroom in Pothammal, Calicut on September 1st. When I made full payment and bought it, they promised to provide free delivery and installation within 3 days. However, even after the 4th day, there was no information from myg’s side. So I called customer care and did not get it. Then I did not get it on the 5th day. Then I did not get it on the 6th day. I called again and got customer care and told them that the expected delivery date you mentioned has already finished. When I said that I should get the delivery today or I should get a refund, they said that the sales manager will call you now. After that, they called me after 12 minutes and said that it was out of stock. I said that I should inform you. They said that there was a mistake from our side and said that they can deliver on Sunday. When I said that it will not be on Sunday, they assured me that they can deliver it before Monday morning. Then they called from Monday morning 10:21 and did not pick up the phone. Finally, they picked up the phone at 11 am and said to send the bill on WhatsApp and check. When I sent it right away, they said that this was not me, the sales manager there called me on Saturday from a staff member’s mobile. So I called again at 11.05 and said that the sales manager should check and then call me back. Then I reached the showroom at 11.37 and they did not call me. The sales manager asked and saw me and said that I waited as you said, now refund me. When I said that I do not want the item, they said no, your item has been sent, it will arrive in half an hour, I am sure. Then I asked if the delivery and installation are sure that it will arrive in half an hour. When they said yes, I said that I have a lot of work and I have to come quickly. I left at 11:41. Then when I called at 12:42, they said that it was on the way.
