Myntra order shows delivered, but it was not received.

I had placed an order on Myntra the status of which is showing as delivered but I have NOT received it.

There is no way to track the delivery agent, to whom it was handed over, etc. The phone number and name on the parcel is mine but I have no way of knowing who received it, but since it was paid by me, this is an issue of grave concern. Myntra has been stalling the complaint and has not given any concrete help as of now. It has been 2 days.
