Order Not Received from Snapmint, but showing delivered

I ordered a bedsheet from snapmint. I have booked an order on the 23 Nov till I don’t receive my order they are providing a tracking ID and in order status showing the order delivered when I didn’t receive it till and asking to pay EMI. I tried to contact a customer support associate and there was no response on their side. I want to cancel my order and I want a refund of my down payment. The order I’d is-13xxxxxx9.
