Need proper, effective Customer Care or Help desk System
There is no transparent and responsible ‘escalation of complaint’ system in any company that has a turnover of millions of rupees to thousands of rupees. The ‘Customer Care’ helplines, live chats and email systems all reach only to one level and what happens thereon nobody knows. For any phone call one needs to wait not less than 5 minutes, you never understand the IVRS options, you never get the language of your choice, the executive understands only a few set of questions; he/she has no idea what the complainant asks – leave about the resolution.
I humbly request the Honourable Court to intervene and direct the Government to enact stringent laws to bring in a transparent, responsible ‘Customer Care’ helpline/helpdesk system.
