New Samsung J7 Pro Network Issue

I Purchased Samsung J7 Pro, on 27-Jan-2018 Rs.19990/-. when i put a Jio SIM in it but not working properly only one signal comes in it. i go to the service centre they deposit my phone for 6 days after that they said we had checked properly no problem in it. same condition in my office only one or none signals in the meantime rest all phones are working properly with Jio SIM in my office but Samsung J7 Pro not. i visited three to four times to service centre but can’t do anything always said your don’t have any problem. Still the phone is in my Bag all times switched off condition. Please help me out from this situation.
