I had bought a Hitachi 1.5 Ac split machine(RAU317KWD) on 14th April 2017 which was found defective . So we made a complain in Hitachi customer care for replacement but till now no replacement has been done. When we made contact with the Hitachi kolkata service centre (the person head of it) he gave us date when they will replace but since then when we are calling them to ask why they are not coming no one is receiving the phone.
