The policy premium amount INR 1,560 ( Payment made through ECS) which was due on 12th December 2018 at that time( 12th December 2018 INR 208,395.00, as per my knowledge bank Balance is sufficient for the premium amount.
Please note I have not received any message/information from LIC that Premium amount has been paid. I have noticed on 15th January 2019 and inform to LIC representative that premium amount has not been deducted. He told me that as policyholder has been expired on 05th January 2019 therefore premium amount not required to paid.
Please note I have inform all the information to LIC but they are intentionally delaying to process Death Claim,
