No refund for returned item by Snapdeal

A Vans Skool Sneakers was ordered on Snapdeal (Order No – 31417831221). Item was delivered between 15th-20th September 2019 (Not sure of exact date. Return was requested and item was picked up DEHLIVERY.COM person on the 21st September 2019.
Subsequent follow up with snapdeal customer isca on for the past one month. No return processed yet by the company.
Instead they keep resheduling pick up or asking for more time to resolve my issue.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
