Complaint regarding delay in Jio Fiber installation

I have booked jio fibre after talking to jio sales person. I already told him that I am available on Saturday and Sunday at home and he has to install the same with sunday. He agreed and did my kyc and finally I made payment for Rs.4246/-.
Till Monday installation is not and He is not responding my call and just making excuse. I mailed to Jio for the redund but did not get any response. Please help.
