No replacement support from Flipkart for Dell laptop battery

I have Ordered a Laptop Battery for Dell Inspiron Mini 10 model No. PP19S from Flipkart online shopping portal on 26-Aug-19, But they have delivered Wrong Battery, On 3-Sep-19 I had requested online in their website for the replacement of the Battery Or If they cannot deliver the same Battery then refund the amount. Even Flipkart customer service called & asked the reason for replacement and I said the same. I was told that the replacement or the return will be done by 09-Sep-19 But there has been no replacement or return took place, checked if refund happened but it was also not done. Then When I called the Flipkart customer service I came to know that they have cancelled my replacement without my consent & further they say that I have not re-requested for the replacement again before the stipulated time as per their policy and will not replace or refund the amount. When I again clarified that I have not cancelled but they do not listen & strait away say that their Dealer ( Rega IT, Greater Noida, Gautham Budha Nagar – 201306)  has cancelled on his own & will not replace the product or refund the amount. Just see how fraud is done to cheat people with wrong product sales by Flipkart & their dealer Rega IT. These companies should be punished as per Law for Fraud activities
