Non-delivery of product ordered through snapmint emi option

Please find attached application and order id for item bought from merchant amazon through snapmint emi option.
Upon successful payment of down payment and loan process i am unable to find any order related information like tracking number to which they have provided 5079327 and 8638980594 in two different places and the product name is wrongly spelt in the loan application … Further no details of any courier provided… And also tracking records show that the process is currently at delivery stage…A mail was forwarded to team snapmint copy which is also provided
