Regarding HP Chromebook from Amazon

Laptop not working. No response from HP Value: 22000

I have purchased a new HP Chromebook from Amazon which stopped working within 2 weeks of purchase. Despite repeated calls even after 7 days of lodging the complaint, HP customer support is not even bothered to address the issue.. Disgraceful response from HP

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
