Non Delivery of Royal Enfield Thunderbird Motor by packers and movers

I Have booked a Motor Cycle Royal Enfield Thunderbird vide Quotation No.xxxx dated 31.08.2023. Bike was to be picked up from 110 Malay Tenament, Vasna Barrage Road, Vasna, Ahmedabad-380007 and the same was to be delivered at Vasundhara Ghaziabad-201012.  Online payment of Rs.10760/- through Phone Pe has been made on 07.09.2023. My Bike has been picked up on 07.09.2023 from Ahmedabad and reached at Gurugram on 10.09.2023. The bike has been unpacked by the peoples of DTDC Packers & Movers at Gurugram, whereas the door delivery was committed. Inspite of lapse of four days to the bike reached at Gurugram my Bike has not delivered till date i.e.14.09.2023.
