I would like to bring to your notice that I have ordered SAMSUNG 6 kg 5 Star Inverter with model number (WW60R20GLMA/TL) on 2nd october 2021. This is to be delivered on 5th Nov 2021 but is not yet delivered.
Also one other order SAMSUNG 253 L Frost Free Double Door 3 Star Convertible Refrigerator with model no (RT28T3743S8/HL) which is placed on 2nd oct 2021 and expected delivery on 6th Nov 2021
is yet to be delivered.
I have raised many complaints and even the customer care support team which is dealing with these issues are not able to solve the issue and instead ask me to wait for 24hrs, 72hrs etc., with no solution.
I urge you to take necessary action and ensure both of them are delivered at the earliest
