Non-receipt of refund of fees after after cancelling admission

I have enrolled in MA Geography(2018) on 9th July 2018 and paid the fees rupees 5230/- but as I got admission in another university so I made cancelled my admission from CCS university on 4th August 2018 with all formalities and took the signatures of all the respected teachers and Dean sir. They told me that my fees will get a refund under 15 days but its almost 24 days gone but I did not get my fees back. sir, it’s my humble request to get my fees to refund because it matters a lot to me. I am attaching all documents regarding it.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
