I subscribed for outlook Traveller magazine fir one year in Feb 2022 and received copies from March to July. After that I received a mail to renew my subscription as it was due. This order was returned back to Snapdeal on 10 Jan 2017 but there was no refund of money was done from Snapdeal side. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response. Waiver of Charges by ICICI Bank – Rs.1,100/-: Mr. Pankaj Sharma of Sikar 332001, Rajasthan was having a no minimum balance account with Rajasthan Bank which was later merged with ICICI Bank. However, after merger, ICICI Bank started charging for non-maintenance of minimum balance without notification to the customer. Refund from snapdeal.com – Rs.22,000/- : Salil Tripathi of Chinchwad, Pune-411019, Maharashtra (saliltripathi.8889[@]outlook.com) ordered Iphone 4 through snapdeal.com on 12th Nov 2014. He did not receive the product though the company gave a non-existing Bluedart AWB. The customer asked for refund but the refund was not forthcoming. Complaint regarding UPS purchased through Ebay – Rs.1,186.55 Jagannathan S, Thiruvallur Dist, Tamil Nadu purchased “Brand New Liebert ps Emerson UPS 600 VA for Laptop Desktop pc 2 year warranty” from seller gandhicomputers1 via eBay website but the item is defective.
