Complaint regarding order placed with zopnow.in

I made payment for order I was going to make on zopnow.in website. I scanned the barcode showing on the website for UPI payment and paid Rs.647/-. Money got debited but I have not received any order confirmation. I got this message from bank- Rs.647.00 has been debited from account XXXXXXX7712 to VPA BHARATPE.0105491630@indus on 02-05-21. . So I paid to “BHARATPE.0105491630@indus”. and there is one more code – INDB00001006. I think this is IFSC code of bank account. I made payment through Phonepe app. and got this confirmation. Paid To CASHFREE PAYMENTS IN ? 647 Txn. ID :  Please investigate. Help me in getting the refund.
