This is an issue with #Bajaj Allianz for which a premiun amount of 563/- has been paid for a third party two wheeler insurance upon receiving a message from the company. From 16th October till date neither I have received the policy or refund. The policy being expired from past one and half month, my repeated request for refund is not being initiated for which all the details asked by them from my policy number, transaction ID, bank debit (screen shot) has been provided.
Could the forum direct @BajajAllianz to precede on the matter
