I have ordered a trio 3d replica from awww gifts which is and Instagram and WhatsApp based business. I have paid rs. 1630 for the product via paytm to the QR code that they have shared to me. The payment was done to Exxxxa Jxxxxxn Yxxxxxxya ( dbs bank). He delivery was promised on 28 august 2023. I have been asking them regarding the product and shipping update since 21st August 2023 to which they was no response either to the numerous calls or messages. They have been responding to new numbers for new orders( I have tested them with another number to which they were responding well but not to me regarding the delivery. In order to find out alternate contact numbers I have searched on google and that is when i came across other complaints against Aww gifts filed in the consumer complaint forum regarding the same issue. I have raised a complaint against them in the cyber crime department. I want my full refund and the compensation for he time lost and also loss of privacy since they have used and asked for the pictures of people of whom the replicas have to be made
