Order placed online not received, payment made

Order placed, money paid and now no response from them since last 8 days. Googled them and found them to be fraud Value: 1575

I placed an order on Truroots.in which looks like a fraud company for amount 1575 INR on 23rd Nov 2022. They sent me a confirmation whatsapp message:

Then they sent me another message on next day with shipping details but it never got picked up and truroots customer care never picks up the call
