Recently filed a complaint at jio fiber for return of set up box they promised that the process would be completed in 24 days . I filed first complaint on 18 oct 2022 since then I have complained about it 4 times and today it is 1 December 2022. They are playing with emotions of their customers. Every time I called them they promised that it would solved in 48 hours. It is so strenuous work to file a complaint on their platform after that if u are able to reach there customer care they just don’t care as if they own their customer. I have attached a screenshot of the complaints that I have filed and just see their audacity they claimed that the issue is resolved.
