Poor quality shoes supplied by snapdeal vendor

I ordered a pair of 00RA Derby artificial leather shoes to online in the month of November 2018. By the end of month of November 2018 the supplied sub standard and poor quality shoes . I requested to changed the shoes . They have picked up shoes and replaced the same shoes in same box. After three uses the shoes got damaged and snapdeal company refused to replaced . Received message number of times that your case has been closed.
